Personal Consultation

Format: a 1–2 hours online session (via Zoom or another platform). The length may vary — I’ll take the time needed to properly address your case. The cost is stated for the entire consultation, regardless of how much time it takes.

Who it’s for:

  • if you want to return to training safely after a break or post-rehabilitation
  • if you have health-related limitations that should be considered in your workouts
  • if you’ve tried exercising on your own but feel you need expert guidance to make consistent progress.

How it works:

  1. Before the consultation, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire (link below). This helps me understand your background, goals, and limitations.
  2. I’ll carefully review your answers to make sure I can provide real value. If a consultation is appropriate for you, I’ll get in touch, send you a payment link, and we’ll schedule the session.
  3. During the consultation, we’ll go through your situation, technique, and goals in depth.
  4. Depending on your needs, you’ll receive: • recommendations for one of my existing programs (daily routines, the Intro Course, or the Online Club) if that’s sufficient; • or a personalized plan with video instructions, adapted to your unique situation, if more guidance is required.

Additionally: In special cases, I may offer 1–2 months of one-on-one coaching. This is usually enough to address key issues and give you the confidence to continue in my online club.
