Personal Consultation

Format: Private online session via Zoom. The initial session lasts 75–90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 50–60 minutes.

  • optimize body composition by reducing body fat and developing lean muscle
  • train safely with respect to your health status and individual structure
  • recover from injuries and progressively return to full activity
  • maintain a high level of physical capacity long-term
  • develop strength, endurance, and functional resilience
  • feel confident, capable, and at home in your body

Even when the primary goal is aesthetic transformation, I always consider your body’s unique characteristics, movement quality, and response to training. This approach allows us not only to improve how you look, but also to build a strong physical foundation that supports you long-term.

Professional Scope: I work within the fields of fitness and educational coaching and do not replace medical professionals. If you have existing medical conditions or injuries, physician clearance may be required before starting training.

What you will receive after the initial session:

Before the consultation, you will complete a detailed intake form so I can understand the full picture in advance. During our session, we will thoroughly review your situation and identify the key priorities for your training.

After the session, you will receive:

  • a written summary with core recommendations
  • a personalized foundational training plan
  • a curated library of exercise videos tailored to your needs
  • clear guidelines to support your independent training

Evidence-based nutrition guidance may also be provided when relevant to support your training goals.

For many clients, this creates enough clarity to move forward with confidence.

Once you complete this stage, you are welcome to return for another session to refine your strategy and define next steps.

Investment

  • Initial Consultation (75–90 minutes): $175
  • Personal Session (50–60 minutes): $155
  • 4-Session Block: $600 ($150 per session)
  • 8-Session Block: $1120 ($140 per session)

Most clients choose ongoing work for consistent progress and professional support. Availability is limited to ensure a high level of attention for every client.
