1–1.5 hours (the session lasts at least 1 hour and may go longer depending on your needs — you pay for the training session, and it will last as long as necessary in your case)

I don’t offer ongoing personal training, but you can book a one-time consultation if you need help with your specific situation. This is usually relevant for those who need to recover from injuries or take into account various diseases in complex cases.

To see if I can truly help, I ask you to first fill out a detailed questionnaire and send it to me by email. I’ll carefully review your answers, and if I believe a consultation is the right next step, I’ll reach out to schedule an online call.

After the consultation, I’ll either recommend one of my ready-to-go programs — like the daily routine course, the intro course, or membership in my online club — if I see it’s a good fit. If your case requires a more tailored approach, I’ll create a personalized workout plan with video instructions to address your unique needs.

In special cases that require more focused support, I may offer a 1–2 month personal program. That’s usually enough time to resolve common health issues and confidently transition to independent workouts in my online club.
