What You Get in the Online Club:

  • 2 brand-new workouts every week. High-quality recorded sessions (not live streams) you can do anytime, at home or in the gym.
  • Options for all levels. Each workout includes variations — from gentle, posture-focused and mobility routines to advanced strength and endurance training. You choose the pace and intensity that fit you best.
  • Extra knowledge & support. Short video inserts and podcasts on body mechanics, nutrition, supplements, myths vs. science — plus a private support chat (Telegram or Facebook) where you can ask questions and connect with others.
  • Gym add-ons. Bonus clips with machine-based exercise variations for those who also train in a fitness center.

How access works:

  • You always have access to the latest 4 weeks of workouts (around 8 sessions on average), plus the new ones added weekly.
  • Each time I upload a new workout, the oldest one from the monthly archive is removed.
  • That means your account always includes the freshest workouts plus the last month’s archive.

Important: For best results, I strongly recommend starting with the Intro Course, which gives you the foundation and technique you’ll need to train safely and effectively in the club.
