What my clients say
It’s important to me that you feel supported and confident at every stage of your training. Here’s what my clients share about their experience. If you’d like to share your results — send your testimonial, and it will appear here!
“Good evening, Alisa! I wanted to share my results. I tried to exercise daily for almost a month — and a miracle happened! The pain in my lower back and tailbone is almost completely gone. I managed without any medication. Of course, sitting for long periods still causes some discomfort in those areas, but it’s nothing compared to what it used to be. Thank you so much! The results are real!”
“Alice, good morning! Something happened to me this morning. I decided to try on some skirts that I bought about a year and a half to two years ago. They used to be super tight on me, and last year I didn’t wear them at all because everything was bulging, and my fat was hanging over the top—it looked terrible. But today I tried them on, and they’ve become TOO BIG on me! It’s so awesome! 🥳🎉💃❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘”
