Results speak for themselves

What my clients say

It’s important to me that you feel supported and confident at every stage of your training. Here’s what my clients share about their experience. If you’d like to share your results — send your testimonial, and it will appear here!

“Good evening, Alisa! I wanted to share my results. I tried to exercise daily for almost a month — and a miracle happened! The pain in my lower back and tailbone is almost completely gone. I managed without any medication. Of course, sitting for long periods still causes some discomfort in those areas, but it’s nothing compared to what it used to be. Thank you so much! The results are real!”

“Alice, good morning! Something happened to me this morning. I decided to try on some skirts that I bought about a year and a half to two years ago. They used to be super tight on me, and last year I didn’t wear them at all because everything was bulging, and my fat was hanging over the top—it looked terrible. But today I tried them on, and they’ve become TOO BIG on me! It’s so awesome! 🥳🎉💃❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘”

Essential Accessories for Training

These accessories are recommended for a complete and safe practice. However, you can substitute them with household items when you’re just getting started:

Foot Massage Ball

Foot Massage Ball

It can vary in firmness, be smooth or spiky, single or double.

Substitute: A firm, round fruit or vegetable (e.g., an apple).

Foam Roller for Self-Massage

Foam Roller for Self-Massage

Recommended length — 90 cm (36 inches), smooth surface. Shorter rollers can also work. If you have a hard, spiky roller, you can wrap it in a mat or blanket.

Substitute: A tightly rolled yoga mat or a large water bottle wrapped in a mat.

Strap for Stretching and Breathing Practice

Strap for Stretching and Breathing Practice

Substitute: A regular belt from trousers or a robe.

Set of Resistance Bands

Set of Resistance Bands

A universal tool for training — hard to substitute, but you can begin without them.

Optional Accessories (for Advanced Levels)

These tools are not essential but can help increase strength and add resistance. Used only in advanced levels of our online training club.

Dumbbells

Dumbbells

Ideally — adjustable dumbbells ranging from 3 to 12 kg (5–25 lbs), 1 or 2 pieces.

Substitute: Regular dumbbells or water bottles.

Kettlebell

Kettlebell

Optimal weight is around 5–7 kg (10–15 lbs).

Substitute: A water bottle.

 Ankle Weights

Ankle Weights

Ideally — adjustable from 1 to 5 kg each (2–10 lbs).

Substitute: You can train without them at first.

Balance Disc or Half-Ball

Balance Disc or Half-Ball

Do not confuse with a soft balance cushion! Disc — more compact, provides a greater challenge for balance. Half-ball — offers lighter load, better suited for beginners.
