Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?
Not at all! My programs are designed for all levels — including beginners. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on safe, gradual progress and building your confidence step by step.
What’s the difference between personal training and group classes?
Personal training is fully customized to your goals, body, and posture. Group classes are structured for a small group but still focus on posture, strength, and technique — with a supportive community feel.
Do you offer online training?
Yes! I offer an online program that includes pre-recorded workouts, technique videos, and direct support. It’s perfect if you prefer training at home with guidance and accountability.
What equipment do I need at home for online workouts?
Most workouts require minimal or no equipment. A yoga mat, light dumbbells or resistance bands can be helpful — and I’ll guide you based on what you have available.
